Norrvikens Trädgårdar is one of Sweden's most famous gardens and an eldorado for garden enthusiasts. In 2006, Norrviken's gardens were voted Sweden's most beautiful park whose history dates back to 1905, when Rudolf Abelin began the construction of this park, and opened to the public in 1920 and at the same time Europe's second most beautiful. Here you can e.g. experience six different style gardens located on a total of 14 hectares bounded by the sea and the forested Hallandsås.  Norrviken's gardens invite you to the Forest in 2021 - with natural elegance in the same way as Norrviken. Follow the paths in the forest, discover hidden places and enjoy the park's unique gardens and the many exciting and different gardens and themes in the garden and blooming flower beds. Let the soul be green in the Forest Year interpreted by three artists in Norrviken. Pioneering artist and designer Bea Szenfeld has created a shiny and magical wall completely covered in silver flowers. Clear figures appear in the sea of flowers, silver dolls. Illustrator and flower creator Gunnar Kaj's strong love for the forest is shown in enchanting flower installations, and sculptor Karin Wiberg's floating spirit of air is found just above the ground. Accompanied by her essentially forest animals, they lure into nature's secret paths.   After lunch at the Orangeriet Restaurant we get a guided tour around the garden, then we can go on our own. In the afternoon we are served coffee with cake at the Orangeriet Restaurant. Soft drinks and water can be bought on the bus.  In the bus, all necessary precautions against COVID-19 have of course been taken and passengers must bring a Corona test after having been tested - masks can be bought on the bus. If you want to reserve a specific seat, it costs DKK 25.00 per person. You can only reserve a seat for one trip at a time.
